Pocket Call Sheet ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") is developed and operated by Out of Exile, a California corporation, doing business as Snake Byte Studio ("Company"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
By downloading, installing, or using Pocket Call Sheet, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Pocket Call Sheet does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or other identifying information about you simply by virtue of downloading or using the App.
The App does not use analytics services, crash-reporting tools, advertising networks, or third-party tracking software of any kind.
Pocket Call Sheet is a production tool. To build a call sheet, you may enter information such as:
This information is entered by you and stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it, and it is not transmitted to Company servers as part of normal use of the App.
Because you may enter contact information belonging to other people (cast and crew members), you are responsible for having the appropriate permission to include their information on a call sheet and for handling that information in compliance with applicable law.
The App lets you export or send a call sheet as a PDF, as the body of an email, or through other export options your device supports (for example AirDrop, Files, or a cloud storage app you have installed). When you use these features, the call sheet content is transmitted using your own device's mail client, file system, or the third-party app you selected. That transmission is governed by the privacy practices of your email provider or the third-party app, not by Company.
If the App encounters an error, standard diagnostic information may be generated by the operating system or App Store platform (for example, device type, operating system version, and the time of the error) as part of normal crash-handling on iOS. This is platform-level diagnostic data provided by Apple, not a Company analytics service, and Company does not separately collect or receive this data.
If Pocket Call Sheet is offered as a paid download, subscription, or in-app purchase, all payment is handled entirely by the Apple App Store (or the applicable app marketplace). Company does not receive, process, or store your payment card information. For subscription purchases, billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation are managed through your App Store account settings; see our Terms of Service for details.
Call sheet data you create is stored locally on your device (and, if you enable a backup service such as iCloud, wherever your device's operating system backs up app data). We take reasonable measures appropriate to a locally-stored app, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App and our website may contain links to third-party sites (for example, the App Store listing or our social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
Pocket Call Sheet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 11.
Because call sheet data lives on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting individual call sheets within the App or by deleting the App itself, which removes its locally stored data (subject to any device backups you have separately configured).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy at this page. Continued use of the App after a revised policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
